Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will help operate a single Panda Express location, hire, coach and direct associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
