Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship from a supportive Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

You will assist in running a single store, hire and supervise associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for success.
