Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will help operate a single Panda restaurant, hire and direct staff, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
