Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including supervising associates and driving guest satisfaction.
• Help manage hiring, training, and daily scheduling to meet financial goals.
• Ensure consistent quality and safety standards while delivering a positive guest experience.
