Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a three-week leadership training program and mentorship to help you grow professionally and personally.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals, and ensure guests receive exceptional experiences that reflect Panda Express standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of assisting the operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• 3+ weeks of store leadership training provided.
