Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist operations, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays, per business needs.
• Food Safety: ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for management responsibilities.
