Qualificações

• 4+ years related retail, customer service or financial services supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of business development and strategy experience.
• 4+ years leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, coach and develop store staff to meet performance goals.
• Manage a medium-sized store and team.
• Lead risk-aware operations and ensure compliance.
• Originates loan applications and handles lending conditions.
• Maintain active NMLS registration status.
• Drive store growth through customer relationships and referrals.
