Uniform Advantage, located in West Columbia, SC, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our UA Brands retail location. You will drive customer experiences, sales performance, and team development while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, inventory, and store standards, recruiting and training staff, and building community relationships. Competitive pay with bonuses and a robust benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and strong organizational/communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through promptly.
• Multi-tasking across customers and projects in a retail environment.
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to learn internal POS system and Excel basics.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop your team with clear goals and feedback.
• Own store sales performance and motivate the team to exceed targets.
• Manage payroll, expenses, inventory and other store operations.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with Retail Purchasing to stock desired products.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, welcoming store.
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures and maintain standards.
• Use store performance data to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build local community relationships and visit key accounts.
