Uniform Advantage Brands in Webster, TX is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service at our retail location. You will coach a team, manage schedules, and partner with the Store Manager to meet goals, while handling loss prevention and ensuring store standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks with prompt follow-through.
• Effective communication and teamwork with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; able to type 40+ wpm.
• Flexibility to cover opening or closing shifts; able to pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers and lead the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor staff; set goals and recognize performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations, staff, store cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Monitor expenses and follow loss prevention directives.
• Identify business concerns and communicate solutions to the Store Manager.
• Travel locally to visit key accounts and support new customer acquisition.
