Job summary

Uniform Advantage Brands is looking for a Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager in Frisco, TX to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team. You will coach staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure excellent service while maintaining store standards.

Role involves overseeing opening/closing shifts, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with the Store Manager. This position emphasizes customer focus, loss prevention, and a positive, proactive store culture.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with team leadership and coaching.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with prompt follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Windows-based POS systems and basic Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed 40+ wpm; able to learn internal processes.
• Flexibility to accommodate opening or closing shifts.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and online assessment.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and lead the store team to meet sales goals.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff; set and communicate goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, cleanliness, stock, and loss prevention.
• Monitor expenses and help protect the bottom line.
• Identify business concerns and communicate with Store Manager.
• Travel locally to visit accounts and assist with deposits.
