Responsibilities

• Coordinates all store activities to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises interviewing, selection, hiring, and training of all associates.
• Maintains high level of customer service by ensuring service standards and quickly resolving complaints.
• Supervises freight process to ensure compliance to company guidelines and productivity standards.
• Maintains interior and exterior store standards; ensures merchandise presentation aligns with company direction.
• Implements safety and shrink best practices.
• Manages and supervises office functions, payroll, and controllable expenses.
• Develops and implements plans to increase store sales and decrease loss.
• Maintains communication with district/regional managers on company initiatives.
• Provides human resource management, including staffing plans, performance evaluations, and training and development.
• Prepares all necessary reports and paperwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned by district manager.
• Responsible for safety, coordinating loss prevention efforts and maintaining a clean, healthy working environment.
• Supervises store staff 2-10 individuals
