Gays Hops-N-Schnapps in Northeast Indiana seeks an experienced store manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold service standards. You will supervise 2–10 associates, manage staffing, training, and payroll, and partner with district managers to execute company programs.

A proven track record in retail supervision, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential; familiarity with loss prevention is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role.

• Two to four years related retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to sales, service standards, and payroll basics.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates store activities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises interviewing, hiring, and training of associates.
• Maintains service standards and resolves customer complaints quickly.
• Oversees loss prevention, inventory, and store presentation.
• Prepares reports and coordinates with district managers.
