Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability and manage expenses.
• Maintain operating budgets and create action plans to hit KPIs.
• Lead and empower store employees to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
• Execute updates to procedures, store appearance, merchandising, inventory, and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise store staff including Assistant Store Managers.
• Ensure a safe workplace for all employees and customers.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Maintain open dialogue with store, field, and corporate partners; resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
