Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Store Manager in Irvine, CA who will lead and develop store associates, maximize sales, and ensure profitability. You will drive staffing, training, merchandising, and customer service while upholding safety and company standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, supervising senior and junior staff, and partnering with field and corporate teams to execute programs that enhance the shopping experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and write routine reports.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses.
