Job summary

Goodwill NCW in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a store leadership professional to guide teams, oversee donor-to-floor flow, and ensure a customer-centric shopping experience while achieving sales and operational targets.

You will manage talent, onboarding, training, scheduling, safety, and compliance, collaborating with Store and Regional Managers to build a high-performing team aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and guidance to team members and leaders as directed by the Store Manager.
• Oversees donation door to floor process ensuring proper stewardship and customer experience.
• Leads talent management, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, mentoring and development.
• Executes business strategies to meet or exceed forecasted sales and production plans.
• Maintains store standards for presentation, organization, safety, and procedures.
• Promotes safety and regulatory compliance and conducts audits.
• Engages with community and supports mission awareness and advancement.
