Par Mar Stores in Kentucky is seeking a Store Manager for Par Mar Store #23 to oversee all store operations, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will lead staff, manage inventory, and enforce cash controls while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

You will report to the District Supervisor, train employees, schedule shifts, and uphold company standards, delivering a positive guest experience and steady store performance.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least one year of retail experience.
• Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Valid state driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Ability to use store computer applications.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level store leadership and guidance to employees.
• Support financial performance to help store profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep stock properly.
• Follow cash management procedures.
• Maintain security for merchandise and cash.
• Keep store conditions safe and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store, train, supervise, and consult with District Supervisors/HR.
• Ensure policy compliance and provide a welcoming environment.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports.
