WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure a premier customer experience at our Kentucky location. You will cover GM duties when needed, manage staff, and drive safety and service standards across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, people development, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining quality and safety protocols.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail or fast-paced environment; car wash experience not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop team culture to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations during shifts when GM is not onsite.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management of 8–12 employees.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Drive revenue by coaching staff and optimizing customer interactions.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and hours approval.
