Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a 8–12 person team, and uphold safety and service standards. The Store Manager (Assistant Manager) covers shifts when the GM is offsite and reports to the GM.

Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $55,000 with bonus potential. The role emphasizes a customer-first culture, staff development, and driving revenue through effective leadership and operations management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail/fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and coach for development to maintain a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and employees across drive-up to drive-out.
• Manage daily operations, hourly scheduling, and ensure site standards and safety protocols are followed.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching staff and overseeing membership promotions and KPI-related activities.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and approving hours for all employees.
