Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $55,000 with bonus potential, reflecting responsibilities in leadership, service quality, and revenue performance. Candidates should be ready for a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team culture and coaching to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards across shifts.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and wage approvals; cover GM duties when needed.
• Drive revenue growth and optimize member interactions using KPI insights.
