Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team and uphold our customer-centric standards. You will oversee daily shifts in the absence of the General Manager, mentor staff, maintain safety and service quality, and drive revenue through coaching and improved customer interactions.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out.
• Assist in daily operations, hourly scheduling, and completion of required tasks to meet business needs and site standards.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing customer interactions.
• Uphold company policies and enforce safety protocols; assist GM with payroll tasks and hours review.
