Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales management success.
• Problem solving for customer complaints.
• Inventory, scheduling, and merchandising skills.
• Ability to assist customers with sales and complaints.
• Strong teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Preferred: 2 year college degree or equivalent.
