Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with compensation range noted below.

The successful candidate will drive sales, manage staff, maintain payroll and budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers with personal sales and resolve complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty to deliver results for teammates, customers and the company.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and monitor competitors.
• Track payroll, budgets and store goals and keep financial records current.
• Schedule, assign, and manage staff based on skills.
