Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a busy retail location. This role requires a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours across five days, including weekends, with pay between $61,300 and $104,200 per year.

You will drive store sales, supervise staff, manage inventories, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers for personal sales and resolve complaints.
• Strong teammate and customer communication skills; negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Valid driver's license to operate customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive store sales.
• Promote promotions and manage payroll, budgets, and store goals.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty for teammates and company.
• Understand sourcing and competitors; monitor inventory and merchandising.
• Schedule and supervise staff; attend training on new automotive services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services performed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
