Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager to oversee retail operations. The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with a pay range of $61,300.00 - $104,200.00.

Responsibilities include driving store sales and promotions, delivering customer service and loyalty, managing staff, payroll, and budgets, while ensuring records are up-to-date and training is completed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
