Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Louisiana is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a busy retail team across five days, including weekends. You will drive store sales, deliver exceptional customer service and manage staffing, schedules and payroll to meet budgets.

This role requires prior success in retail management, inventory control and merchandising. You will attend training, uphold safety and quality standards, and promote our brands while developing teammates for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver's license at all times.
• Preferred: 2-year college degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales & promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction & loyalty creating results for teammates, customers and the company.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Manage, schedule and assign staff according to their skill level.
• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.
