Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a Bridgestone Retail Operations store. The role requires a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours per week, including weekends, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a pay range of $61,300 to $104,200.

You will drive store sales, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Preferred candidates have 2 years of college, a track record in retail sales management, and strong communication and conflict-resolution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem solving skills related to customer issues.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive store sales & promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective service and follow-up.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and store goals while keeping records up to date.
• Schedule and assign staff based on their skills and store needs.
• Attend training to stay current with automotive retail developments.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues.
