Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an exempt Store Manager to lead a Bridgestone auto care store in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires flexible hours, typically 40+ per week, including weekends, and a focus on delivering superior customer service and sales growth.

You will oversee staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure high standards of store performance and customer satisfaction while representing the Bridgestone brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales.
• Promote store promotions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Track payroll, budgets and store performance; manage staff accordingly.
• Schedule, train and supervise staff; ensure smooth store operations.
