Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Store Manager I in Augusta, ME to lead a store portfolio, grow deposits and loans, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach a store team, manage operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving shareholder value through referrals and cross-selling with Specialists.

The role emphasizes deep customer relationships, the ability to lead and develop staff, and overseeing day-to-day store performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience required (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries).
• 1+ years leadership and coaching experience required.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and services as well as an understanding of Store operations and security.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, strategically aligning efforts and activities to meet Store goals and objectives.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches a store team to deliver a legendary customer and colleague experience.
• Originates loan applications, handles lending processes and loan closings.
• Manages a store budget and achieves revenue and expense targets.
• Maintains knowledge of TD Bank operating policies and procedures while managing risk.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to teammates and oversees scheduling to meet customer demand.
