• Knowledge of Bank product lines and services and Store operations.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and align efforts to store goals.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

• Accountable for achieving store and individual performance metrics.
• Oversees store premises and ensures professional customer and colleague areas.
• Manages scheduling to meet customer demands and store operations.
• Originates loan applications and handles lending conditions and closings.
