Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Store Manager I to lead a consumer Banking store in Augusta, Maine. You will manage deposits, loans, fees, and expenses while coaching the store team to deliver exceptional Employee and Customer Experience and grow relationships with customers and partners.

You will also oversee store operations, ensure risk controls, and support career development for team members, including leadership and coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience in retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries.
• 1+ years leadership and coaching experience.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience while achieving shareholder value.
• Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending and conducts loan closings.
• Maintains an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).
• Manages a small sized store and team according to U.S. TD Bank store levelling criteria.
• Oversees management of team with risk considerations and ensures escalation when needed.
