Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems.
• Excellent communication with leadership, associates, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient operations and strong customer experience.
• Supervise department to manage store profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing goods.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching; lead by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards; resolve issues as they arise.
