Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisor role.
• Experience operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and store computers.

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate staff and provide direction and coaching to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Supervise department of responsibility, manage inventory and store profitability.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and lead by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures and standards.
