Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation).

Responsibilities

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; train and develop your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for employees to collaborate and recognize performance.
• Grow leaders through direction, delegation, and investing in their development.
• Lead customer focus on the sales floor by directing the Leader on Duty program.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product knowledge on styles and benefits.
• Build customer loyalty through coaching on Loyalty programs and credit.
• Execute merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets.
• Understand KPIs and identify behaviors to drive results; support omnichannel initiatives.
• Reduce loss through consistent service and operational controls.
