Job summary

Carter's Retail Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and guiding them through our baby and children's apparel.

You will lead a small team on the sales floor, model exceptional service, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating schedules, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards, product knowledge, and omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales or management preferred.
