Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain Panda service standards.
• Participate in leadership training and progression toward General Manager.
