Responsibilities

• Oversees total store operations including safety, staffing, training, and performance appraisals
• Manages budgets, payroll, and expenses; controls shrink and ensures cost efficiencies
• Ensures SOP compliance and accurate cash handling, pricing, and merchandising
• Drives sales through merchandising programs and customer service
• Leads a team to deliver high levels of customer service and product presentation
• Maintains food safety/sanitation standards and safe operation of equipment
• Performs duties related to store management as needed
