Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is required.
• Completion of required Department training.
• Forklift / power jack training.

Responsibilities

• Manage department workflow and schedules to ensure SOPs are completed.
• Drive department budget and metrics using SOPs and systems.
• Assist customers with product searches and special requests.
• Maintain inventory control, in-stock conditions, and warehouse interactions.
• Lead new-item implementation to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Train SORM / SORL trainees.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Regulations.
