Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience or higher in a grocery setting.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to develop Partners and drive results.
• Strong merchandising, budgeting, and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Grocery Department with independent judgment on employee matters and store strategies.
• Coach, train, and evaluate Partners; ensure SOPs are followed and department is compliant.
• Plan schedules, manage inventory, and monitor budget and payroll to meet financial targets.
• Oversee displays, plan-o-gram integrity, and vendor relationships for optimal assortment.
• Ensure food safety standards and sanitation compliance across the department.
