Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail/builder single-family home division in the flooring and interior finishes industry. This role reports directly to the President and requires empowering staff, maintaining a pristine showroom, and overseeing store operations including warehouse and facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of customer service experience in retail, with 3+ years of team leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in interior design preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service experience in the retail industry, preferably in home goods or large-ticket items.
• 3+ years of work experience leading teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong math skills for bids, measurements, and basic financials.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service throughout the sales process.
• Empower sales staff to handle customer service issues on the front line.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting showroom and storefront.
• Update pricing on the sales floor and keep products current.
• Coordinate internal and external staff trainings and vendor courses.
• Oversee store operations including warehouse and facilities as needed.
• Monitor sales performance and support staff to meet goals.
