Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) in Phoenix is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will oversee all aspects to ensure profitability, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and scheduling skills, experience in commercial construction (flooring preferred), and the ability to manage client relationships and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of management experience in the commercial new-remodel construction industry.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, preferably flooring.
• RFMS experience is expected.
• Callidus and/or MeasureSquare experience is preferred.
• Commercial Construction Experience is required.
• Strong budgeting/estimating skills are essential.
• Scheduling expertise and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent communication and negotiating abilities are needed.
• Ability to work well with a small team.
• MS 365 knowledge with heavy Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources for the successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate external resources for the successful execution of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and staff.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create Labor SOV and monitor progress with detailed plans.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Prepare cost proposals for change orders as requested.
• Manage client and third-party/vendor relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Develop documentation and maintain records for each project.
