Job summary

Nonn’s Flooring LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead the retail/builder single-family division in flooring and interior finishes. You’ll report to the President and empower staff, keep the showroom pristine, and supervise warehouse and facility needs. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays or evenings as needed.

The role emphasizes staff development, exemplary customer service, safety leadership, and collaboration with department heads to meet sales goals and margin targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in retail, preferably home goods or large-ticket items.
• 3+ years of work experience leading teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications daily.
• Experience using a CRM application.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and safely.
• Clear English communication for training and updates.
• Strong math skills for bids, measurements, and basic financials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive exemplary service throughout the sales process.
• Lead and train sales staff to resolve customer service issues at frontline levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and storefront.
• Coordinate product pricing and keep showroom stock up-to-date.
• Organize staff training and coordinate external vendor-led courses.
• Review sales performance and discuss accounts receivable with staff.
• Support negotiations and back-up sales tasks as needed.
