Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking an Account Coordinator in the flooring sector to support and coordinate accounts related to flooring products and services. You will build relationships with clients, assist with product selection, and manage orders and schedules across sales, logistics, and warranty teams.

The role requires strong communication and detail orientation, with collaboration across internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of flooring products, installation processes, and industry standards is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer software and other relevant tools for coordinating accounts.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and availability information.
• Prepare job files and orders and manage all schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warranty) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Manage and update client accounts (contact information, order history, special requests).
• Provide accurate information on product specifications, installation guidelines, and warranty details.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and other relevant documentation.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
