Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Manages merchandising, pricing, inventory, and loss prevention to optimize profitability.
• Drives customer experience, staff development, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to improve sales and control costs.
