• Experience supervising store operations, merchandising, and inventory controls.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members; lead with customer focus.

• Monitor customer service and coach team members to improve performance.
• Greet customers and clinic patients; assist with products and services.
• Supervise store and pharmacy operations, scheduling and delegation of tasks.
• Manage merchandise, inventory, receiving, pricing, and stock levels.
• Analyze financial and performance data; develop plans to increase sales and reduce loss.
• Lead hiring, promotion, and staff development; ensure training compliance.
