Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and front-end operations across the Pharmacy and Retail Store. You will support the Store Manager in achieving company deliverables, lead recruiting and coaching, and ensure a high standard of customer service and store performance.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and ensure compliance with policies while driving growth and profitability in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional business ethics and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program or equivalent leadership development is expected.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion and flexible scheduling.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
