Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a Walgreens store and pharmacy, driving sales, protecting assets, and delivering a distinctive customer and patient experience.

You will hire, train, and develop the team, supervise store performance, and ensure compliance with all policies and laws. The role requires flexible hours and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant or licensed RPh per state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operation of the store and pharmacy, including shifts and scheduling.
• Manages cash handling, registers, invoices, and time records.
• Oversees merchandising, stock levels and inventory control.
• Drives sales and controls costs by analyzing performance data and KPIs.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and employment laws.
