Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Peoria, AZ. As a store manager you oversee the operation of a single location, hire, supervise, and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing development within our Panda community to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead store staff and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare for success through the 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training and mentorship programs.
