Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Glendale, AZ. You will hire, manage, and direct store associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Training is provided with 8 or more weeks of leadership development, and a flexible schedule is expected to accommodate openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It's up to you to make your store a success.
• Provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
