Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders for our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single location, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with ongoing mentorship and support from the Panda community that values your growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and support store team to deliver high-quality service and food safety.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
