Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must embrace company values.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and profitability across locations.
• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and manage deposits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate staffing, development, and training to meet targets.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
